Rotarian Cornell Frank has been kind enough to prepare a User's Manual that is intended to be used by District 7255 Club Officers and Rotarians to update information directly on the District 7255 web site if their respective Rotary club does not use the services of ClubRunner/Doxess Technologies.  "Screen shots" and red arrows pointing the way, will ease finding the location of the buttons to be pressed in order to accomplish the desired results.  The manual is available from the "Download" section on the left side of the District 7255 web site.  Please scroll down a bit until you see the "Download" section on the left side.  The Manual is entitled "District 722 Web Site Update Interaction including Attendance Reporting" and is available in two parts.

 

The use of the manual is intended primarily for Club Presidents and Club Secretaries.   However, there are parts for other officers as well as Rotary members to update their respective sections and profiles.

The primary purpose of the provided manual is to ease the process of reporting and interaction with the following:

 • How to sign on (page 1)
 • Feature selection (page 3)
 • New members (page 4)
 • Deleting former members (page 6)
 • Totally removing former members (page 7)
 • Editing Member Information (page 8)
 • Reviewing and editing Club's Meeting Information
 • Defining Club Officers (page 13)
 • Club Attendance Recoding (page 14)
 • Managing "Automatic Data Integration with Rotary International (page 18)

The reporting of new members and deleting terminated members should be done by the Club Secretaries (in fact can only be done by Club Secretaries) in order for District 7255 to have an accurate record of the actual District Membership.  Club Secretaries, or assigned Attendance Chairpersons, can easily report each Club's Attendance Records on a timely basis.  If this task is delegated to an Attendance Recorder/Chairpersons then the Club Secretaries need to first identify this assigned Rotarian as outlined in the manual.  (Kindly ignore the previously interim instructions to report attendance).

Club Presidents kindly review and update the Club's Meeting Information.  Club Secretaries please check and update the Presidents and Secretaries  Information for these section will be used as primary data for the forthcoming District 7255 Directory.
